The accommodations were notably clean and spacious, and the bedding provided a comfortable experience. However, the breakfast offerings did not meet my expectations. Fortunately, the surrounding area boasts a wide selection of dining establishments. The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and helpfulness. The location is ideal, conveniently situated just off the main highway. Should future travel bring me to this area, I would certainly select this location again.
One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The rooms were spotless, front desk attendant was so nice and helpful, was in a safe location with a neat view of Louisville. Breakfast was perfect. Large gym and clean pool. Will definitely stay here next time we come down.
Fantastic time with my family! The folks at The Fairfield are welcoming and kind! They treat you like family! The folks that make our breakfast WOW she remembered us aces asked me where my grandson was?! Impressive!! She makes my favorite scone triangles!! This is our 4 time staying with them! This is a hotel I'd highly recommend! We loved our experience. All staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There are also many convenient stores and restaurants immediately close by. The best perk is that this hotel is at the top of a small park-like hill, so the environment is peaceful, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of Louisville and the surrounding landscape.

The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and addressed any request with a genuine smile and efficiency. It really made the difference in my stay. The physical aspects of the hotel were just as impressive. My room was clean—and I felt completely comfortable and safe. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the surroundings were; I got a wonderful night's sleep without any disturbance. If you're looking for a quiet, clean retreat with some of the best service in the industry, this is the place. I will definitely be back!
The room and sheets were clean. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. There were no hot items at breakfast.
Left the Louisvill airport around midnight and headed to this hotel. Even at that hour, the front desk attendant was super helpful, pleasant, check-in was a breeze. Clean and quiet room. Breakfast was as expected. Would definitely stay here again.
What an amazing hotel! As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in countless hotels, and this one is truly exceptional. It's not just new, the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and it's simply a joy to be here. Pure comfort and happiness! As an added bonus, the pool is salt water and the hotel has an incredible view which leads to frequent incredible sunrises definitely worth getting up for. I look forward to staying there again soon.
